Your profile could be enhanced by a very conservative rhinoplasty with slight bump removal and tip refinement etc. Also your chin could be reduced so it is not quite so prominent and masculine appearing. This should be done by an experienced surgeon.I do this quite often on transgender patients and you can have a conservative removal with a more feminine looking face. In my opinion fillers would be a waste of time and money for you.
I understand your concerns for improving your profile. The decision to undergo rhinoplasty and chin surgery is a personal one. Your goals need to be defined with the help of an esthetic facial surgeon. A well defined chin balances the face and creates a more aesthetic profile. A balanced chin also helps define the neck line improving sagging jowls and the neck line. Chin implant or genioplasty surgery may be necessary for functional reasons such as sleep apnea, retrognathia, or microgenia (small chin) or a large chin. I've attached a photo of one of my patients after rhinoplasty to improve the her profile and a genioplasty to reduce the size of the chin and offer a balanced profile. Ultimately, I recommend seeing a facial plastic surgeon for a consultation.
Dear Nikita5,It would be a good idea to discuss what kind of changes you would like to your profile and chinYou have a pretty nose from the side, and if you wanted any changes, they would be minor tweaksIf you visit a rhinoplasty specialist, they can answer any concerns you may haveA non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers may help a little, and it depends on what your goals are Best,Nima Shemirani
I think that you need to be very clear with what you are unhappy with. I can not say from just the photos. Best of luck.
Thank you for the photos but an examination and discussion of goals is really needed before making an intelligent commentDr Corbin
Fillers will add volume to your nose and chin which you do not want. A rhinoplasty to reduce your nasal profile and a chin reduction are what you need to feminize those structures and bring them into proportion with the of your facial features.
The skin on the nose does change with age. Skin on the upper two thirds will thin out over many years and any underlying irregularities might become more visible. Sometimes this is a positive thing as the nose can look narrower. The skin on the tip however usually becomes thicker, as the...
The cost of a cosmetic rhinoplasty is not covered by insurance, so it really does not matter when it is done.
It is normal for the nose to widen with smiling due to contraction of the facial musculature. The rhinoplasty procedure can narrow a wide nose at rest, not upon animation. Releasing the depressor septi muscle will prevent the tip of the nose from drooping with animation. Digital computer i...
You will not be able to determine your final result for quite some time as you do have swelling and you have to let your nose go through the recovery process. Continue following up with your PS and you will see with time your nose will have less swelling and will hopefully look more refined.
Small residual bumps in this area are common early on and you need to let 6 months to a year for the swelling to resolve. I have my patients massage with pressure to help correct this especially if uneven like yours as this is still malleable (able to form and change shape) but ask you PS....
Dear Mickeyrourk, the internal stitching is not needed if your bulbous tip is already well projected but caused mainly by fat, soft tissue, thick skin and non- separated tip cartilages. However absorbable sutures will not leave any foreign bodies at long term.
