Botox 7 days out. There is still movement on the upper forehead and between the eyes. Is this odd?

It can take up till two weeks for Botox to take full effect,  so no, it is not odd you still have muscle activity. Give it a little time.

It is not unusual to have incomplete results at times. One typically respond the same with the number of units but it is not written in stone. You should typically wait 10-14 days before considering a touch up.  This is not anything to do with the quality of treatment.  It can be incomplete if the product was not new and the products strength was reduced
