Stated Botox regiment in December. I have one “horn”, mid forehead, above my left eye. It’s hard, definitely under the muscle, not the skin. Harder than a cystic pimple and MUCH bigger. I have no symptoms of headaches or anything. Will it ever go away??

Answer: Botox and Bump on Forehead It is highly unlikely that this bump is from Botox. It may appear more noticeable now since there was probably a cyst there before the Botox and now that your skin isn't wrinkling it is more obvious. Best, Dr. Green

Answer: Bump after botulinum injection. It is highly unlikely that the injection actually caused the "bump" to arise. I've injected thousands of patients with wrinkle blockers (Xeomin, Botox, Dysport) and have never seen one of these arise. It is possible that this was uncovered by the relaxation of the forehead muscles in the area. It could also be a sebaceous cyst. See a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for evaluation. Best regards, and sorry it has appeared.
