Bilateral gyne surgery 15 months ago. Revision surgery right side 9 months ago. Right side still considerably larger than left. Scar tissue present on right side. What can be done to fix this? Before photo, current photo, close up right breast with arm raised and visible lumps (above/right and below/left of nipple.).

Answer: Revisio Hi it's a difficult scenario as already two times surgery has been done which increase the fibrous tissue/scarring under the skin. I would suggest one side fat transfer along with scar release. and other side liposuction.

Gynecomastin The Surgery rarely delivers the ideal just outcome for a variety of reasons. Patients should be content with an improvement and be reluctant to continue having surgery in the hope of attaining perfection. Removing too much tissue can create irreversible deformities. Your situation is complex and requires better pictures and in reality and examination. Simply based on your post a question if a second revision is indicated.
