Donut Lift concern - will weight gain create a deformity? (photos)

kensaimage
Had lipo to treat gyno years ago. Post op, doc confirmed that it was pseudogynecomastia and no excess breast tissue was present. Mostly fat. However, lower chest sags. Two consultants told me I’d need a “donut lift”, requiring my nipples to be cut and elevated with skin removal as well. Weight fluctuates often (I gain and lose 20lbs each year). Concern is how weight gain in the chest area would effect the elevated nipple placement after the surgery. Concerned it could create a deformity
