I had Coolsculpting to my arms yesterday 4/6/16 and my left pinky tip and left ring finger tip are tingly and partly numb today.

Question

Is it common for this tingling and numbness to my pinky and ring finger to still be present the next day? How long does this generally last? Is there something I can do to help it resolve? Thank you for your time!!

The
upper arm treatment with CoolSculpting can be difficult.  The nerves that feed the arm and hand are in
the axilla (arm pit) and sometimes the proximity of the applicator can result
in some tingling and or numbness.  This
is usually temporary, however I would recommend notifying your provider.

Hi,  It is not uncommon for the nerves that go through the upper arm to be giving some numbness to the distant areas in which they serve including the fingers.  CoolSculpt targets fat so the symptoms that you are experiencing should be temporary and subside with time.  Talk to your plastic surgeon to make sure that you both are confident that the abnormal feelings will go away.
