The CoolSmooth applicator will not fit in that area. The CoolMini will, but you will need multiple treatments for a significant reduction. ThermiTight may be a better option for you. Make sure you see an experienced provider who has multiple options for treating the area. Best wishes.

This area is very difficult to treat because some of this is loose skin that needs to be surgically removed.  However, VASER Liposuction with ThermiRF does a really good job to contour.  Kybella and Thermage/Ultherapy has helped in some patients of mine.  Sculpsure has been tried with initial success in my patients.  See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.
