Answer: What would be the best procedure for me after significant weight loss? Without question, the minimum procedure for you would be a tummy tuck. There is no other procedure that would remove the excess skin that you have. You would probably need repair of your rectus muscle separation at the same time.Your plastic surgeon may speak with you about liposuctioning your back as well. these are things that must be evaluated in person with your plastic surgeon.Congratulations on the weight loss, and thank you for your question and photos.
