Do you think a ETT, MR and lipo to the flanks will be enough for me? (Photos)

I’m not worried about my breast. I have been maintaining my weight at 180lbs for the past year. I’m ready for my tummy tuck!

You will benefit greatly from these procedures which will restore a nice contour to your torso and abdomen. A mons reduction should always be a part of  these procedures. In general these are done at the same time. We do a drainless tummy tuck to minimize recovery time and risk of seroma.  We use Exparel to decrease post-operative pain.

Based on the photo, I believe you are an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck and 360 liposuction of your flanks and back. During tummy tuck, extra skin in the lower half of your abdomen including the stretch marks will be removed. In addition, typically the fascial laxity/separation of recti muscles will be taken care of by muscle plication, giving you a flat abdomen. The added liposuction of your hips/flanks will help with creating a natural and aesthetic waistline. Incision can be placed very low to be hidden under bikini. With proper surgical technique, belly button can be designed to  be a true 'innie'. Recovery from tummy tuck is 1-2 weeks. Strenuous activity and lifting heavy weights should be avoided 6 weeks to 3 months post op. I would seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation and advice. Best,
