Good day. I’ve had a endoscopic brow of two years ago. My brows have stayed in a very high position and have not dropped. It’s been very difficult emotionally because it changed my identity. I still struggle to recognize myself. I’m attaching a before and after picture. The after picture is two years later. Do you think the browse were raised too much? Don’t they usually drop a little by now? It also resulted in significant hollowing of my right upper eyelid, which I’m correcting with fat..

If your personal preference is for a slightly lower brow position, this can be adjusted to a degree, but it is important to consider whether lowering the brows would genuinely enhance the expression around the eyes.

One non-surgical way to influence the perception of brow height is to increase the apparent thickness of the brows themselves. Creating more width or density beneath the brow can give the impression of a slightly lower brow position. This may be a helpful way of assessing whether that aesthetic direction suits you before considering surgery.

Another option is the careful use of botulinum toxin in the forehead. By reducing the activity of the frontalis muscle, which elevates the brows, the eyebrows may settle into a slightly lower position. This approach is temporary and can help you evaluate whether a lower brow position feels more natural or desirable to you.
