What can I do to improve the vertical length of my face? Would a chin implant help? (photos)

I am really unhappy with the aesthetics of my lower face. I have a weak jaw and although I don’t think my chin is recessed as such I just have a really short lower third of my face from most angles. Would a chin implant help this? Or would that only create a more horizontally prominent chin? Thank you.
