Choose an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who has the expertise and skill to produce the best possible result for you.

Nasal tips come in all shapes and sizes. It is important for the tip to best fit the gender, facial shape, body type and height as well as work with the nose's other features such as the bridge (dorsum) length and projection. And when there seems to be excess size to the tip, it is usually from large or over pronounced lower lateral cartilages. These indeed can be modified to a more ideal configuration via surgery.

You have thick skin and a bulbous tip. Tip-plasty will work well for you and can be done under local anesthesia.
However, you will need to wear a splint for a while and might need steroid injections postop as well.
