It has been almost a year since my rhinoplasty, and I love my nose! Dr Tamayo is excellent at his work and will give you the results you've been wanting. I love how natural it is yet so different from my previous nose. I finally have my dream nose! As far as the recovery and experience, Dr Tamayo does require you to be on bed rest for two weeks, which I didn't have a problem with, but just keep that in mind. It was super painless for me. He prescribed ibuprofen, which I feel like I didn't even need. One con is they are a little unorganized. I had to keep calling the office to confirm my appointment; they finally answered the day before my surgery was scheduled to confirm and give me the address of the hospital. Other than that, it was all worth it. I definitely recommend Dr. Tamayo if you're looking to get your nose done.

I had nose surgery Feb 2023. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tamayo Castillo’s team. I did travel to TJ solo. The staff’s professionalism lessened my anxiety related to traveling alone. Surprisingly, his team was the most communicative that I’ve ever worked with. That’s saying a lot since this isn’t my first cosmetic surgery! I am an only-English speaking person. However, there were no barriers to receiving exceptional care. His bilingual assistant offered assistance every step of the way. The sense of urgency when responding back to my calls/text messages provided me with a sense of relief. Dr Castillo’s assistant maintained frequent contact with me for several months prior to the procedure. Even after the procedure, she continues to reach out to see how I’m doing. As a bonus, Dr Castillo corrected my snoring issue. I had no idea I had an issue until my husband noticed the immediate improvement upon my return home. I’m in love with my results.

Dr. Tamayo and his team provided a good experience and left me super satisfied with the result! I was a little skeptical because there was not a ton of patient testimonials, however I saw some pictures of Dr. Tamayo‘s work, and decided to make the trip. I came from northern US and stayed in Tijuana for one week. I spoke with Dr. before the procedure, and told him that I wanted a natural rhinoplasty, not too pointy or swooped. I am so happy to say that I love my nose! It was swollen at first of course, but after just three weeks, I was loving the way it looked. All of the staff on his team was helpful, kind, and patient. I am an English speaker, with only some Spanish ability. It was perfectly fine communicating, they were very accommodating. Overall, I am so happy with Dr. Tamayo‘s work, he is experienced, and I would highly recommend him! The after photo is a month and half post op. Thank you very much Dr. Tamayo and team!

Dr Tamayo did the most beautiful rhinoplasty on me. My nose was okay ish but I needed some shaping and finessing and he did just that but 20 times better than I imagined. It’s so natural and I still look like myself, but nicer. The staff was great, the service was great. The doctor assistant has been messaging me every week now for 6 weeks to check how I’m doing. I drove from LA to TJ in the morning and left in the evening and came back for cast removal a couple of days later.

Hace 3 semanas el Dr. Tamayo me realizó operación en mis oídos (insertó unos tubos de ventilación) reparó mi tabique desviado, y arregló estéticamente mi nariz. Solo puedo decir que su trabajo es SÚPER MEGA profesional, maravilloso, la confianza que da es inexplicable. Me puse en las mejores manos, y sé que quien lo haga no me va a contradecir, muy agradecida!!

Hace 5 meses que el Dr Tamayo me realizó una Septorinoplastia y estoy muy contenta con los resultados, no tuve ninguna complicación con el post operatorio y ahora respiro super bien. Siempre al pendiente de la recuperación

Despues de buscar y buscar doctores en Tijuana opte por el Dr. Jose Luis y la verdad su trabajo es muy bueno al igual que la atención de el y de su recepcionista Melissa. Soy muy feliz con mi nueva nariz se puede decir que su trabajo mejoro mi vida. Todo excelente, la asistencia en whatsapp por sus asistentes suele tardar un poco pero no es mala.
