When is labiaplasty revision not appropriate? (Photo)

Thriving637026
I had a trim method done five months ago and am still sore to the touch along the incision line, sex is also painful. Is this because of my individual anatomy and physiology? I would love to have a wedge revision because I am unhappy with my first results but worry this will add to my pain. Are some women left with hyper nerve sensitivity and some not, and if so, is revision surgery contraindicated for someone like me?
