Am I a good candidate to get just a tip lift/rotation? (Photos)

Question

As someone who loves the size of my nose, i love my small hump and don’t want it sremoved, would I be a good canidate to just a tip lift ? since I was younger the main thing that I always wanted to change about nose was the direction of my tip But I don’t want to commit to a full rhino plasty nor do i want to go under. I have been seeking surgeons who may offer just a tip lift under local. i feel like when I lift my tip of my nose in the mirror I look more feminine and softer. Image A is my current nose and image B is my edited “morph” nose of the change i am seeking. It seems most doctors want to really push for full rhinoplastys for the smallest tweaks.

Yes, if you like your bridge it is definitely possible to just treat the tip of the nose and leave the dorsum in its natural shape.  Whether or not you are a good candidate for that depends on your full examination (not just your profile view),  because your front view and intranasal/breathing examination will help determine how good of a candidate you are for this.

Rhinoplasty of just the tip can absolutely be performed to give the result you desire. However, you have to be under general anesthesia to do the procedure properly. Some septal cartilage needs to be obtained to help lift and support the tip and that can be done while you are awake. The procedure would be quick, though, about one hour. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. This absolutely needs to be done under general annestheisa and local anesthesia will not be able to accomplish this result.Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your questions and photo. 
A good rhinoplasty surgeon should always listen to your goals and tailor surgery around those requests without pushing a certain look or performing more surgery than desired. I agree, that sometimes leaving a small residual hump can look great for the right patient and if this is something you like then it is definitely something that can be done. 
To answer the second part of your question about performing under local, however, I would not recommend something under local or "minor". One of the biggest concerns when addressing the nasal tip is always going to be about longevity of the result and I would be cautious of anyone offering something small/minor/in office as I think this could look great immediately, but fail to give you a long term result. For this reason, I would still recommend a rhinoplasty under anesthesia.
