Does nasal mucosa adapt if the nose is lengthened or nasal bones are outfractured?

I want to make my nose bridge wider and longer again, to improve breathing, and would like my bony hump rebuilt with a bone graft. Would the mucosa adapt to the wider nasal bones, and would it adhere to the bone graft? Or would the inner lining remain the same size? It is mainly a theoretical question, to see if it is possible to rebuild the dorsum and wider nasal bones and have the inner lining expand to match the new, larger shape.
