Can nose ligaments or a fusion sling be reconstructed or mimicked in revision?

My nose was longer and wider, and I want length and width again and elasticity. Im not a fan of the graft currently holding my tip up. Is it possible to 'hang' the tip from the graft by reconstructing ligaments, or use fascia (or other solutions mimicking the fusion sling of the original nose) ) to suspend the nosetip from the graft, to recover some movement, and smush, like the original nose? There must be a way to recover this and restore length. I hope some of you are working on this, or can guide me with your expertise? Can a floating strut increase projection and recover smush? Thank you for your time and kind regards.
