am a man born with high eyebrows. I was wondering if a procedure was possible to lower my eyebrows closer to the eyes surgically. I am aware Botox is able to achieve this effect to a certain degree, but I am looking to see if there are permanent options. I am aware that a reverse brow lift exists, but that is usually for people with a faulty brow lift. I would like to achieve a transformation similar to the one in the picture I provided
