Low eyebrows, what are my options and what might have caused this? (photos)

I am 19 years old. and i have noticed that my eye's shape is not usually as everyone i have met, my eye brow is low, and my eyes looks like a sleepy eye, or so. this is not my eyes when i was a kid, so what is the matter, and how to fix that.? is it because the muscle weakened? is there any exercises? and should i worry about it ?
