i have had a nose job.My glasses of myopia is necessary.I will take off the nasal splint in 12 days.Is it okay to wear my glasses over the nasal splints these days? Unfortunately my glasses are quite large and heavy . I wear them all the time and I start to worry about if this will do any harm to my nose. Is it possible?

You should discuss this with your surgeon. The cast may have been applied to produce more pressure on one side of your nose during healing. Swelling can also distort the appearance which may then be fine when the swelling settles.
Hi, you may want to return and see your Rhinoplasty Surgeon. Whistling post Rhinoplasty is an anterior (in the front) septal perforation until proven otherwise. If this exists, it does require some additional nasal hygiene care beyond that required with normal Rhinoplasty healing.
You do realise that you are asking doctors how to change your nose without seeing them, don't you? At least in my case, I do not know any ways to change a nose that is not surgical, but then I am a surgeon. For magic, you should ask a magician...
