If you want a more lifted appearance to the outer aspects of your eyelid, you would need a canthopexy, or in other words, eyelid surgery. Botox will not create this effect. You could get a more laterally lifted brow with Botox injected into the right areas, but it will not lift the lateral aspect of your eyes to the degree you desire. Botox will also not create a crease. Eyelid surgery is needed to create a crease, especially if you have detachment of the muscles of your upper eyelid that create the crease. An evaluation by a specialist in oculoplastics would give you your best chance of getting the result you want or at least, closer to it!
