I have been getting yellow spots along the stich lines. My surgery is just telling me to keep it clean. Pls give me advice on why this is happening. Is there anything I can do? Its been 4 months since my 200cc implants. Anchor cut.

From your photo, it appears to be a stitch coming to the surface.  Please follow up with your plastic surgeon so he/she can recommend best treatment plan and wound care at this time.

The best way to assess and give
true advice would be an in-person exam.

This is an absorbable suture that was placed deep within the skin and has come to the surface.  Your should place antibiotic ointment over the area until the suture is removed.  Your plastic surgeon should be able to probe within the opening, pull on the suture, and snip it free.  The area will heal over.

This looks like a stitch that is coming to the skin surface, causing a small local reaction. It is not an uncommon event, and the best treatment would be to remove the offending suture.

Although it is difficult to tell from the picture hopefully this is just a superficial wound healing concern possibly resulting from an underlying stich coming to the surface or a site of small tension causing breakdown.  This should resolve with ongoing dressing changes alone however should there be any significant drainage or concerns of a deeper wound with implant exposure you should certainly contact your surgeon.
