Does above the muscle breast aug cost less than under the muscle?

I went in July for a consult for breast aug & tummy tuck. Dr suggested above the muscle because I have enough natural breast tissue to cover the implant. She also said I wouldn't be able to go bigger then a 300-350 cc. I have since been reading and have decided I don't want it above the muscle and would like to go bigger. 400cc. Does above usually cost less? I have already financially planned for the pre-op on the 29th and surgery on Nov. 9th. Please help.
