Did I Pull my Hair Follicles Out? Will Transplanted Hair Grow?

No, this is not possible.  You did not loose a graft.  Grafts are sealed in 6 days after a procedure.  What you removed was a transplanted hair that had stopped growing, which is typical following a transplant.  This hair was not growing.  It was stagnant.  Any non-growing hairs should be removed so don't worry. 

If you pulled out transplanted grafts, there isn't much you can do at this point. You would just have to wait to see if your hair will grow.  If you are concerned follow up with your doctor for an examination.

The answer is one can't be sure if you have caused damage or not. You'll know in 9-12 months if it was a problem. I'd advise you check with your surgeon for advice and guidance at this point.Even though I can't say for sure, I would be surprised if you caused much damage at the 2 week mark. It's true that if there is too much crusting and scabbing you can pull out hairs. However, if you have done a good job with your post op care, there's not a whole lot that can go wrong after 15 days.Please contact your surgeon for further advice.
