30 days after FUE, and few pimples came on my head. Is it normal? I'm also losing a lot from my normal original hair. (photo)

I had fue hair transplant 30 days ago and recently I started having few pimples, is it normal or is there anything I should use on it. I try not to touch, I don't use rogain. I did my operation in Greece so I can not show to my doctor as I live in London , please let me know what I should do? In addition I started to lose a hundreds of hairs in daily bases from the original hair.
