I work in a manufacturing setting as a welder and am not sure what to tell my employer about the surgery in wanting to have. In required to lift push and pull up to 45 lbs so I would need to be on a light duty status for the 4 to 6 weeks for recovery. The company has their own clinic with multiple nurses a physician and a physicians assisstant. So before I would be clear to go back to work I would have to see one of them. I'm at a loss right now at what to do, any help is appreciated thank you.
