Hello. I've just removed the forehead bandage and there were few grafts that were stuck on it and left (Less than 10) even though I tried to remove it as gently as possible with saline. Would you say it will have an effect on the final outcome? Plus, is it safe to remove bleeding with baby wipes right now, or should I wait 3-4 days? Thanks.
Answer: If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam. It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions. You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.

Answer: Lost graft If you lose any grafts within the first 4 days after a hair transplant you may have lost them permanently. We normally wash the patient's scalp one day post op and instruct the patient to wash their scalp with a special shampoo and a sponge provided by our office. Subsequently patients wash their hair twice a day for the next four days. After day 5 to remove any crust, patients can leave the shampoo on for 15 minutes and then wash their hair normally. In your situation, I would consider contacting your physician to see if the office wants to remove the bandage themselves and to make sure your bleeding is under control.

Answer: Dislodged Grafts It is hard to tell from the pic. I would not think it would make a huge difference. It would depend on their location and if they are all from the exact same spot. In regards to the bleeding it is possible to dislodge grafts by touching them. We have our patients spray the grafts with a mixture we give them the first 48-72 hours. We don’t want the touch the grafts and accidentally dislodge them. I would call the surgeon in regards to both questions
