What are these black spots on my scalp that look like scabbing 2 months post FUE op? (Photo)

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone would have a say with regards to these black spots that look like scabbing 2 months post due op. The thing is, I had scabbed 11 days after post op and someone who looked at scalp says that it looks like the scabbing is possibly from the inside. Would be an infection? I don't feel sick at all.

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

The black spots appear to be scalp tissue that is healing. Be patient as as the grafts grow the scalp will not be noticeable

These look like remaining crusts from the original recipient area grafting. Was there ever a time where it was all gone?
