I am 11 days post-op hair transplant, are these scabs or grafts? (Photo)

I am post 11 days Hair transplant. there are still scabs on the recipient area. I had contacted my doctor and he advised I can sleep on my back as usual from 10 days post transplant. however when I woke up, I saw some ( I assume) scabs on the pillow. Please see attached. Are these scabs or grafts? There is no bleeding at all.

This appears to be shedding of grafts. This is a normal process. If you lost any grafts, then you will notice bleeding an a rice grain sized tissue.

This is a normal process post hair transplant. Scabs begin to shed at this time post surgery. Please make sure you don’t pick the scabs and avoid excessive friction. Soaking the grafts as per your post procedure protocol is essential.

Shedding of the grafts after a week is normal provided that you did not pick them out or rub too hard when you shampoo
