Hi Your transplantation looks good but your grafts are thin So covering capable is low. I suggest finasteride use at least 2 years. Natural but not dense. Your grafts count is good .

Thank you for sending the photos of your 8 month result. The final result truly won't be appreciated until 12 months after the procedure. There is still more maturing and development to take place- even in the final few months. Hang in there until that time. It is also hard to compare to your result to other results, because every patient has a different hair type. It does appear that you have a finer hair type and smaller tightly packed grafts were likely used. Remain hopeful and try taking a photo monthly in the same place to track your progress, and to compare how far it has come.

At this point, the majority of the transplanted hair has already grown, but not matured. The maturation of transplanted hair refers to its darkening, thickening, and normalizing. I would suggest waiting a few more months. You can also consider medical treatment with minoxidil and/or finasteride.
