I was a bit hesitant going through a hair transplant to be honest, because I was afraid about being a painful process, and ending with visible scars at the back of my head; watching videos of the actual hair transplant procedure did not help that much to address those concerns though. Dr. Guerrero has a lot of experience and a lot more patience I must admit. When I talked to him during my consultation, he thoroughly answered all my questions, specifically about my pain and scars concerns; he walked me through the hair transplant procedure step by step, and explained to me how he ensures a pleasant and unpainful treatment. Fortunately, he fully delivered on his commitments! During all the procedure, I felt no pain whatsoever at any moment, and the whole experience was just amazing; the procedure lasted for 9-10 hours, but the time went by so quickly. Also, the service the Dr. and his staff provides is superb, they truly take care of you all the way, even after the procedure, all the post-treatment doubts and questions I’ve had, have been timely answered. It’s been 6 months since I had my hair transplant and I’m fully satisfied with the results; the Dr. told me that by the 4th to 5th month the new hair was going to grow, and it did happen and continues to grow. And so far, no one have noticed any scars on the back of my head, not even I can see them.
