"I had my hair transplant with Dr. Ulusan in Izmir, Turkey, and I received 3418 grafts in total. The operation itself was surprisingly comfortable, although I have to be honest—those first 15 minutes of anesthesia shots were a total 'preview of hell.' However, once that part was over, everything went smoothly. I stayed in Izmir for a week, and since the recovery was quite fast, I was even able to spend my last few days touring the city. I want to be real about the journey: the shock loss phase was honestly depressing. It was tough to look in the mirror for a while, so my best advice is to just forget mirrors exist for a bit and trust the process. As the hair started to grow back stronger, my confidence returned month by month. I’m now at the 9-month mark and I absolutely love the way I look; I’m very happy with the density. My new mission is to protect my native hair. I’m not currently using any meds like Finasteride or Minoxidil, but I’m researching stem cell therapy as an alternative and hope it works out.

Posting my 9 month progress. I was at the point where my scalp was visible in most lights which I hated. After a bunch of research I went to Izmir for the procedure. The day itself was a marathon, nearly 14 hours long. Team was professional but it was exhausting. The first few months were slow going and I was getting nervous tbh. But it's really taken off since then. Density is much improved and you can't see my scalp anymore, which is a huge win. Probably still has some maturing to do but I'm happy with it.

Hello everyone, I received 3795 grafts with the FUE method. During all the stages Dr. Sibel listened to my requests about how I wanted to look and my needs to have a natural result as this was very important to me. The doctor suggested a higher density for my frontal area and a slightly lower density for the crown area. During shock loss so you can see the operated areas. Actually, it took me 6 months before I could appreciate a satisfactory density. Fortunately, my operation and my post op went smoothly.
