I got prp treatment for myour face especially eye area. After 10 minutes of treatment my hearth beat increased and I felt nauseous. could it be a reaction to the anticoagulant used in the tube in which prp is prepared.

Answer: Probably not related to PRP Hi, sorry you went through that. As far as I know there should be no link unless you are the type that almost faints at blood draws or you were anxious. Maybe you were dehydrated? Hope that helps.

Answer: Increased Heart Rate The PRP treatments should not affect heart rate. If you did have an increase in HR it may be most likely due to anxiety unless you have any underlying heart conditions. I don't think it is an allergic reaction either from the symptoms you described.
