Can Ultherapy laser fix my laugh lines and the fat in my neck and cheeks? (photo)

I always had chubby cheeks even in my 20's. Now that I'm older that converts to the fat on my lower face and neck. My dermatologist suggested Ultherapy laser. Is that an alternative to the full face lift and eyelift and does it get ride of my frown lines and wrinkles? If so how long does it last comparing to facelift? Is it painful and bloody like Co2 laser? How much it costs for the full face? Thank you in advance.
