My eyes have dropped after injecting Dysport and turned puffy. What can I do?

Unfortunately, there is nothing to do to reverse the Dysport you have received. It takes about 3-6 months for Dysport to start to wear off. As each day goes on, the Dysport will start to metabolize by the body and hopefully lessen that "dropped and puffy" appearance. Make sure to always choose an experienced Physician for your injections and follow up with your Doctor for any questions or concerns.Best of luck with this and in the future !

there really isnt anything you can do till wait 2-3 months tillt he botox resolves.  in the mean time RF treatments and iopidine eyedrops can help.  Please see an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The amount of Dysport given to your forehead was too high and likely caused your brows to drop. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do except give the Dysport time to wear off which can take 3-4 months. Sometimes radiofrequency treatments can help a little. I would recommend you see a more experienced injector next time. Best wishes.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble after your Dysport injections. Your dose seems a bit high for someone without a lot of wrinkles. The concern with your eyes would be the development of dry eyes from weak eyelids. I suggest you see your injector about these problems and if eye issues continue also see an eye specialist. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse Botox or Dysport and it will take 3-6 months for the effects to wear off. If you continue treatment in the future I recommend seeing an expert injector. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like too high of a dose was used on the forehead. Unfortunately, Botox/Dysport cannot be reversed. It will take 3-4 months for the Dysport to wear off. 

I am sorry about your results with dysport. Unfortunately there is not a way to reverse the effect of  neuromuscular blockers such as dysport or botox. It usually takes 3-4 months for the products to wear off.

It seems like your dosing was very high. The forehead should get 20-25 units and the crows feet is typically 20 units per side. There is nothing to do at this point except wait until the Dysport has worn off in about 3-6 months. I'm sorry this has happened to you. I would seek out another provider in the future.

Dosing and location of injections are essential- Dysport, Botox etc.. all need correct placement for the best results. For a drop in the the brows, you do have to wait till Dysport wears off, or recruitment of muscles take over. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
