Question

Zero evidence of fl or ft, though am now deformed. Wanted a little volume, if anything, am more gaunt & skeletal. Another goal was a sharp jawline, never happened, actually looks worse. My mouth is pulling/getting wider in a odd way. My face is taking on a weird stretched shape, not attractive, certainly not younger or esthetically improved. Ear & ear canal is HUGE. Do I have to redo this right away, before I am completely mutated (I am not at all exaggerating.)

It is difficult to fully evaluate your concerns from the single photograph.  If revision surgery is ultimately decided, typically it is recommended to wait at least 6-12 months after the prior surgery unless there is an unusual issue.  I would discuss your concerns with your surgeon or seek an in person second opinion. Thank you for your question.It is difficult to provide recommendations based on only one photo that is blurry.  Are you able to provide more photos?  It is also helpful to provide preoperative photos for evaluation.However, in general, if you are unhappy with your result, I recommend discussing your concerns with your surgeon.  They will be able to make recommendations on how to proceed.  If you aren't confident in your doctor, or don't think they can give you the result you are desiring, you may choose to seek out the recommendations of a board certified plastic surgeon that has experience with secondary/revision facelifting. For a proper evaluation of your results before and after photos of your face in different views, both profiles, oblique and frontal view are necessary. Then also it is important to get an evaluation in person to check your skin elasticity, dynamic facial expressions, if there is some extra skin, etc. It may be too soon to correct any problem right now, removing or pulling more on your face may end looking even more tight. Please consult with your surgeon to see what are your options.

It's difficult to comment based on the photograph. Tension generated on the tragus by facelift designed to create lot of skin tension can look forward and make the external auditory canal auditory canal look large. It can also distort the earlobe and create tension bands in the face. If this is the case after swelling is totally resolved, about six months, the skin will need to be mobilized and read done in such a fashion to eliminate tension along the skin incision.

You provided a limited amount of pictures in order to be able to see what your concern is. By your description, a problem with to much pulling of the tissues could be the root of your problem. Please provide a full set of pictures (front, both laterals and both oblique views) in order to evaluate better your problem. You really need to address all these issues with the surgeon who did the work.  It is impossible to give an educated opinion with such a limited photograph.  The only thing I can tell from the photo is your tragus seems to be pulled forward.  That would expose your ear canal if it was not that way before the surgery.

Dear riverside1, Some other photographs are needed to give a better expert opinion. However, from the description and the one photograph you have to much tension along the skin incision and the facelift was not properly draped but was "pulled". When the facial planes are not undermined correctly and the skin is "pulled" laterally then this puts tension on the corners of the mouth, the tragus, and gives an unnatural appearance to the face.
