"Elastic facelift and neck lift" procedure is very likely a marketing name or branding name for advertisement purposes. There are multiple types of facelift and their are named based on the medical description of the procedure (eg. SMAS facelift that addresses the SMAS tissues of the face, Cutaneous facelift that addresses just the excess of skin, etc). An "elastic" procedure is not a medical term for a type of facelift or neck lift, but as I mentioned before a marketing name to attract patients attention ( like "smart lipo" that is the marketing name of liposuction with laser skin tightening -medical term)

Yet another marketing ploy. There are only a handful of well-established and refined techniques for facial rejuvenation in plastic surgery which are effective for the vast majority of patient concerns; there are several more that are 'variations on a theme.' Beyond that, people have subsequently come up with DOZEN's of different marketing titles to 'repackage' them and sell them as 'new.' I
