Is there a way to fix my nose shape? It's so ugly. I'm ready for surgery but if possible could fillers fix my ugly nose? (Photo)

To me you are a surgical candidate but you could camoflage the nose with fillers .  I feel this will make it look bigger.  It would be better to sculpt by going to a rhinoplasty specialist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

 In our practice, we do not recommend fillers placed in the nose due to the fact that they are only temporary, are not FDA approved for that application, and can have serious complications such as skin necrosis. Fillers would only make the nose bigger, taller, and wider on a temporary basis. A surgical rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump which is composed of mostly cartilage and some bone. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are then required. Good news and bad news. Bad news first. Your nose cannot be rendered attractive with fillers. Good news. Your nose can be made much nicer with taking down of the curvy hump and lifting of the plunging tip. This can only be done with surgery but it's a straight forward rhinoplasty. 

FIllers would not be a good choice for you.  They augment the nose and will make your nose look bigger.  You would benefit from a rhinoplasty.  Choose wisely because it involves work on your nasal bones, upper and lower cartilages and the septum.  Best wishes.
