Am I a good candidate for a lip lift?

I think a lip lift would look bad but its a possibility if you like that look. id suggest fillers for now. I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics lip essentials kit).  everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

First of all, thank you for your question.The nose and lip distance must be of a certain size. Shortening the distance does not result the tooth appearance you mentioned. I would definitely wait until the braces are off and hopefully whatever filler is left will be gone. After this I would see an injector that knows the proper asymmetry and have a consultation. Filler in the right hands will give you all you need!
