I have an extra fold of skin on the outer corners of my upper eyelids. This excess skin began to show at 21 and had progressively gotten worse as the years have gone by. I have been for consultations (the surgeons nurses) and a occuloplastic surgeon (3 years ago) but I have been told while there is excess skin, there is not enough to have it surgically removed. Is there anything I can do? I've tried botox, laser. But I'm still left looking the same and am constantly told I look tired or sad.
