A year ago, I had a two-hour nose job. an eagle-shaped nose with thick and oily skin. I had very severe swelling. The surgeon injected corticosteroids in the second month, but didn't work. In the ninth month, he told me to start using isotretinoin under the supervision of a dermatologist. didn't work.still very swollen. My nose has not improved since month 2 and is still pear-shaped(one side is more swollen & a bigger hole with annoying tightness). Will this nightmare go away?
