Can revision rhinoplasty correct an under-projected tip? (Photo)

Rhinoplasty91
I am unhappy with my rhinoplasty result. I asked for nasal tip narrowing and sharpening, and straightening of the bridge, none of which were achieved. Instead, my tip projection was reduced (which I did NOT want as I desired a pointed look) but the overall shape was left unchanged, constituting a 'flattened' look which is more unflattering than my natural nose was. My nose is also now upturned even though I specifically told the surgeon I liked and wanted to retain the slight downturn of my tip.
