I had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago. I had a revision rhinoplasty 1 year ago (with a highly regarded surgeon). Ever since the revision, I have noticed a bump inside my nostril on the left side it is hard and feels like cartilage. This is also the side I still have trouble breathing out of. What is this bump and will I need yet another surgery to fix it? How could my surgeon have messed this up?

Its unrealistic to think that your skin will shrink to a small size. There is only a finite amount of shrinkage that is possible. Less so with a reviision with scar tissue present.
