I'm sorry to hear about your accident. Sometimes the swelling of a recent trauma can introduce changes in your nasal shape that are temporary. If, once all the swelling has resolved, you feel like your nose is in a different alignment or position as compared to its preoperative appearance, it is unlikely that it will subsequently go back to normal without surgical intervention. My advice would be to wait for all of the bruising and discoloration to resolve at this point. If you still note a crooked shape, correction would likely require surgery. Best of luck!
I recommend that you consult with a Plastic Surgeon for a thorough evaluation of the inside and outside of the nose. Any surgical procedure will have to wait until the swelling has gone down and you may require repositioning of the nasal bones.

Although hard to tell from photos, it looks like your implant is straight. It is possible to have asymmetric swelling remaining at 2 months after rhinoplasty, more likely with a foreign implant such as Goretex. Such swelling would not move the implant. A malpositioned implant is possible. I wo...
First let me tell you that you can relax about your sleeping pattern. There has never been any evidence that supports the requirement to sleep on your back, just a series of suggestions. Like all other rhino docs, I will tell my patients to sleep with at least a 30 degree upright angle for t...
