I had a habit (hair pulling disorder) for 15 years that caused me to be very expressive (raising my eyebrows, squinting, smiling tightly, etc) repeatedly for hours on end. So I probably built up my facial muscles more than the average person. I've since stopped that habit & have been careful of being too expressive, & now I feel like my face is drooping / losing volume from my muscles getting smaller. I can even feel my face jiggle when I walk and I'm only 25. What should I do?
