At least from the photos provided, it does appear that a cohesive, low viscosity HA filler can help to elevate the indentation and narrow the flared alar rim. However, the nose, particularly a nose that has undergone surgical rhinoplasty, should not be left to the hands of an inexperienced, novice injector. The nose is heavily vascularized, which makes it an area that must be treated with experienced caution. And prior surgery adds to the issue by creating scar tissue underneath that can further distort the vascular anatomy.
