This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Thank you for your question. Everyone has some asymmetry at rest so chasing symmetry would take forever which I don't recommend. But a few things can be done to help you feel more even, especially at rest. First, I would recommend Voluma for the cheek on the right side. It would help lift, contour and help your jowls feel less heavy while adding volume to the cheek. You could also add Vollure/Juvederm to your right side marinette line so you don't feel that it is pulling you down.
