Good Afternoon! The lines under your eyes could be related to your genetic predisposition or from the repetitive movements at a younger age. Regardless, there are options to pursue. I would advise against filler as it's too close to the eye and you run the risk of damage. Botox would be a good starting point. You can place a small number of units near the lower eyelid to soften the lines - not eliminate them. Light chemical peels and various skin treatments at your age are the safest. The answer to your first question is “no", they would not disappear as you got older.For your second question, you can try a little neuromodulator (Botox, Xeomin or Dysport) under the eye in the lower lid, and if that does not work, you could also try PRF.
