Been a year since my over the muscle BA. I was told I didn’t need a lift but that is obviously very untrue. I feel like the PS recommendation for overs was not correct. They have a weird shape and just hang. I hate the dips in my cleavage and upper pole. My chest is flat and long. What am I looking at to make them look nice? I need to save up and feel completely lost. I think the implants are too small given the about of empty feeling skin. See before, 1 yr after and goal pics.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Warmhearted550608, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: 1 year post breast augmentation, what can I do to achieve my desired look and address Cleavage and upper pole? (photos) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. I agree a lift was required originally and I would recommend replacing your implants into a sub muscular position and a full lift. Depending on your tissues quality evaluated during an in-person examination you may also benefit from mesh placement. Hope this helps.
