Based on these photos you seem to be a candidate for aggressive liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Although your anatomy (muscles, pelvis, hips) is not such to allow for creation of very small waist, you can expect  significant improvement with liposuction. In person evaluation is recommended. and lower back.  This can greatly improve your overall shape with a
smaller waist.  Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
