I am looking to have the fat removed around my waist, and back for a more feminine shape. I am also a rather skinny woman US size 2. I am 5'4, 132 lbs, 25% body fat. I have had 2 full term births. I am 28. Losing more weight just makes me look sick. I get the smaller waist, but I end up looking gross. Which method would you recommend for a skinny fat woman on back fat, waist shrinking?
Answer: Creating feminine waistline with BodyTite Waistline, being the space between ribs and pelvis really depends on the genetic predisposition and the state of organs, muscles, fat, bones and the relationship between them. If a person had feminine waistline in the past, then it is easier to have it recreated. If the person never had feminine waistline, then the current contours can be improved to some degree,Liposuction, or even better, BodyTite are used to remove fat cells that are stubborn to diet and exercise. Not only can the fat be removed but the skin can also be tightened which could be very helpful in waistline creation. At the same time, it is important that all prospective patients need to have detailed examination.I have been performing BodyTite Liposuction for over 5 years and it is s great technique for fat removal as well as skin tightening. Please make sure that you see an experienced doctor for a thorough consultation and assessment prior to undergoing any treatments.Best regards and I hope this helps, Dr. Sapijaszko (Fellow, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery)

Answer: Liposuction and Fat Transfer Thanks for sharing your photos and concerns. It looks like you would be a good candidate for liposuction to your abdomen and flanks. I can not comment on skin laxity based on the photos, but this is something you will want to have evaluated preoperatively. You can take some of the fat removed and add it to the buttocks if you would like to further accentuate a smaller waist and fuller hips. Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Best of luck!

Answer: I have a wide waist making my hips seem more square, how can I achieve a more feminine look without losing weight? Based on your photos, I would suggest liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks. Then I would transfer the fat to your buttocks (BBL). This should give you a more hourglass appearance. Good luck!

Answer: Liposuction of flanks and abdomen Based on these photos you seem to be a candidate for aggressive liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Although your anatomy (muscles, pelvis, hips) is not such to allow for creation of very small waist, you can expect significant improvement with liposuction. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Lipo 360 Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back. This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
