I have a wide waist making my hips seem more square, how can I achieve a more feminine look without losing weight? (Photos)

Waistline, being the space between ribs and pelvis really depends on the genetic predisposition and the state of organs, muscles, fat, bones and the relationship between them. Thanks for sharing your photos and concerns. It looks like you would be a good candidate for liposuction to your abdomen and flanks. I can not comment on skin laxity based on the photos, but this is something you will want to have evaluated preoperatively. You can take some of the fat removed and add it to the buttocks if you would like to further accentuate a smaller waist and fuller hips. Meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Best of luck!

Based on your photos, I would suggest liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks. Then I would transfer the fat to your buttocks (BBL). This should give you a more hourglass appearance. Good luck!

Based on these photos you seem to be a candidate for aggressive liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Although your anatomy (muscles, pelvis, hips) is not such to allow for creation of very small waist, you can expect  significant improvement with liposuction. In person evaluation is recommended. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Iananoel.  I appreciate your dilemma, however it appears that you are a perfect candidate for liposuction contouring of your abdomen, flank and back regions. Adept liposuction of these areas should allow you to achieve your goals because I agree further weight loss in your case is not the answer. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your region to increase the chances of superior results. Good luck.

If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced through liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get an entire abdomen, back and waist liposuction with BBL, this is because you have located fat that can be done with lipo.

Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.
