I am looking to have the fat removed around my waist, and back for a more feminine shape. I am also a rather skinny woman US size 2. I am 5'4, 132 lbs, 25% body fat. I have had 2 full term births. I am 28. Losing more weight just makes me look sick. I get the smaller waist, but I end up looking gross. Which method would you recommend for a skinny fat woman on back fat, waist shrinking?

Answer: Liposuction of flanks and abdomen Based on these photos you seem to be a candidate for aggressive liposuction of abdomen and flanks. Although your anatomy (muscles, pelvis, hips) is not such to allow for creation of very small waist, you can expect significant improvement with liposuction. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Lipo 360 Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are a great candidate for waistline contouring liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and lower back. This can greatly improve your overall shape with a smaller waist. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G.
