 You appear to be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty surgery. The bump  can be lowered, and the tip can be narrowed. The cost varies by region, and depending on the amount of work to be done. Typically the cost can range from $6000 to $15000

If the only concern you have is the hump, then typical costs are around 2500 to 3k. However, you might also need to address the tip of your nose and the length of the nose which would make it a complete rhinoplasty and the approximate costs are about 5200 to 6k depending upon your unique needs. Your nose and bump could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and profile. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. You can bring some photos of noses that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed.  I hope this helps.

I echo the sentiments of my colleagues. This can be resolved with a rhinoplasty, or "nose job." I strongly encourage you to seek out board certified plastic surgeons in your area. Consult with a few, and ask to see photos of their before and after gallery. Look for patients that resemble you in the "before," and ensure your surgeon has a lot of experience. Removal of a dorsal hump requires a rhinoplasty operation. of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump
