Your nose and bump could be improved with rhinoplasty, which would give permanent improvements in symmetry and profile. When you meet with a facial plastic surgeon, he or she will consider your nose in balance with your other features. I echo the sentiments of my colleagues. This can be resolved with a rhinoplasty, or "nose job." I strongly encourage you to seek out board certified plastic surgeons in your area. Consult with a few, and ask to see photos of their before and after gallery. Look for patients that resemble you in the "before," and ensure your surgeon has a lot of experience. Removal of a dorsal hump requires a rhinoplasty operation. of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a dorsal hump
